The movement of the shoulder blade can be bogged down by some of the muscles surrounding these joints, so work some “genie magic” on your shoulder so you can Move Like You Mean It! It’s time to learn exactly how to complete The Genie so you can harness the power of this great shoulder stretch.
Exercise
Lay on your back with knees bent, and place your release ball placed on the inside of your mobilizing shoulder blade. Lift your mobilizing arm up overhead while letting the ball do the release work from behind. Lean as much weight as tolerable into the ball on the ground.
Time
Do this for 2 minutes throughout the day!
