Top Tools To Improve
Your Posture in 2020

So, you’re look for tools to improve Posture? Well, that’s great because Posture is a hot topic and everyone is looking for a quick fix. Let me be the barrier of bad news – there is no quick fix! In fact, we wrote a whole post on Why Ergonomic Set-Ups Don’t Work to speak to that point. But the fact of the matter is, there are some tools that can help users achieve that perfect posture that you’re mother always wanted! So here are a list of the top tools to improve your posture in 2020.

In 2020, we have help from all sorts of tech that can help. Some that’s automated like an App, and others that simply work through forcing us to adapt our body to the situation (like a standing desk!) to improve our posture.

So, with that being said, let’s jump into some of the tools to improve posture to help you maintain awesome posture and feel even better in 2020.

Posture Corrector Tools

1. Upright Go Trainer – This handy little gadget syncs with your phone and sticks on your back to give you real-time feedback (and reminders) of your posture. Now, I love this because it trains your behavior. It reminds you to do it! It doesn’t just hold you in place like many of these other brace style devices.

2. Pop Sockets These bad boys are super simple, but they are also effective! With all the phone time spent nowadays, these are an amazing way to save your body. They essentially allow you more easily support your phone in one hand so that you’re not leaning it on your pinky, and kinking your wrists giving yourself carpal tunnel! Not to mention the fact that it gives you a better purchase on your phone, so you can bring the phone to you, and not your neck to the phone! Standing Desks

Standing desk options have really changed the game when it comes to overall wellness at the office. Tools like these really allow us to inject movement into the office. Here is our personal favorite below.

1. Sit-to-Stand Desks – This is an obvious one, but there are so many out there! We actually did a whole post on The Top 3 Things To Consider When Buying a Standing Desk, but my overall favorite is the Fellowes Lotus Sit-To-Stand.

2. Although the Fellowes Lotus Sit-To-Stand desk is our favorite, if you’re looking for another option, or 2nd favorite is the Vari-Desk Pro 36. It does a great job of promoting mobility, looks sleek, and has the most surface area available on the moveable desk!
